Tribal elders from Libya are negotiating an end to clashes in the far southeast of the country where dozens have been killed in the last two weeks. Libyan military forces had to intervene last week to end fighting between the Zwai and Tibu tribes. Elders from southern and eastern Libya are meeting with both sides in Kufra. An agreement is expected within the next few days.
