After 20 Years Festival Returns to Burma’s Shwedagon Pagoda

Buddhist devotees prepare to cerebrate the 2,600 anniversary of Burma's land mark Shwedagon Pagoda's establishment in Yangon, Burma on Tuesday. Vast crowds were gathering on Wednesday at Burma's most sacred Buddhist shrine to celebrate a festival banned for more than 20 years under the former military government.
